文师傅位于大城堡 , 其中以鱼头米最为驰名，我们用心经营，讲究用料。奶白色的汤底是用鱼骨， 江鱼仔，猪骨，沙葛，黄豆长时间熬煮而成， 所以特别香甜。配上肉质丰饱的炸鱼头块， 生奶，咸菜和番茄，味道更棒。让您吃了还想再吃。如果您不爱吃炸过的鱼头，也可以试试我们的生鱼头。 除此之外， 其他配料也包括新鲜的生虾，鱼鳔， 弹牙爽口手打墨斗丸，猪肉丸，鱼滑。。。 至于粉类， 您可以选择米粉，蒸粉，伊面.. 文师傅生虾鱼头米有多种口味，除了原味汤以外，您还可以尝尝我们的冬炎汤和药材汤。

Our fish head mee hoon is deliciously famous for our traditional recipe & "live" fish head prepare before cook for the freshness taste, textures and to avoid any preservatives.

Our creamy white soup is cooked with fish & pork bones, ikan bilis, turnips, soybeans, milk, pickles and tomato.

With fried or steam fish heads to choose from, or other combination such as fresh prawn, fish maw, sotong balls, pork balls & fish slippery.

For alternative soup broth, we provide Tom Yam & Herbs. We also provide Mee Hoon or Yee Mee at your choice.
