1. How do I make payment?  

Pay securely with a Paypal balance, credit card, or bank account. We also accept payment via online banking IBG transfer or cash deposit payment to our Am Bank Account (email /call for banking details) Free shipping within Peninsula Malaysia

2. What is the shipping cost?

We collect $ 20 USD for global shipment, Free for all local shipment ($20 USD will refund to your bank directly).​

On Delivery

1. When will my purchases arrive?  

We currently use Pos Laju as our primary courier. Your parcel will usually arrive in 1-2 working days for Peninsula Malaysia, and 5-7 working days for East Malaysia. 10-20 days for international shipping via Malaysia Pos Office to your nearest post office.

2. My parcel has not arrived. What should I do?  

For Pos Laju, if your shopping does not arrive after 3 days, you can call 1300-300-300 to enquire with your tracking number which we will provide to you. Otherwise, you can check the status of your parcel at Pos Malaysia Track & Trace. All Pos Laju will require a signature upon you receiving your parcel. If no one is around, a notice will be left at your letter box to inform you that your parcel is ready to be collected at your nearest post office. For other courier companies, you can check with them your tracking number as well.

3. Instead of Pos Laju, can I opt for other courier services?  

We strongly recommend Pos Laju for deliveries within Malaysia because it comes with a tracking number which enables you to tell the location of your parcels during shipment. It is also the most popular and safe method of shipping in Malaysia, as we do not compensate for lost shipment. Also, this is to ensure your shopping reaches your hand, safe and sound.

For international sign-ups, you can opt for any courier service you find credible. Just inform us the details and we will prepare the parcel within 24 hours after receiving your order.
